WOW- how on earth is this the SIXTH year of this tournament?! The 6th Annual Dodging Diabetes Charity Dodgeball Tournament was held this past weekend in Rockville at Champions Fieldhouse. The tournament raised more than $10,000 for the Joslin Diabetes Center bringing their six year total to more than $70,000!That’s amazing! I absolutely love photographing this event. It’s so much fun and the people playing it and running it are fantastic.
Congratulations to Dance Party Vietnam for winning the Vegas League and to the Wrench Dodgers for winning the Average Joes’ League. Congratulations to Team V and the middle school teachers of Hit Me With Your Best Shot for winning the fundraising awards. And well done Bethesda Blue Balls for winning the Rock Star Awards. And a special shout out to Chris Zelinsky for winning the Last Man Standing competition.
