20 years.

TWENTY. FLIPPING. YEARS.

I keep thinking of 20-year-old me imagining this milestone, which makes me giggle.

Never, ever, in my wildest imagination, did I think that I would still be doing this 20 years after becoming an LLC, quite honestly on a whim, from my DC dorm room Gateway laptop. (remember those?!)

This has been my full-time job for 16 of those 20 years. Typing all this out is astonishing.

And grounding.

And humbling.

And… well, there are many other things I could wax poetic about. I could make this about me and all my hard work (there’s been a lot of that), but honestly, Mary Kate McKenna Photography would not still exist if it weren’t for YOU, my incredibly loyal, wonderful clients. The word grateful doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of how I feel.
