I was happy to be back out in the country at the Black Horse Inn for a beautiful and sweet wedding.
Carey and Mike are the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Carey was as calm and as sweet as can be before the ceremony. She laughed with her bridesmaids and practiced dancing with her dad. Mike was full of nerves at the church and couldn’t sit still.
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Mike finally saw Carey coming down the aisle. He wasn’t quite smiling, and he wasn’t quite tearing up. He just had this look on his face like, “There she is- I love her!”
After a very nice ceremony, we did some quick photos outside the church, then did a few outside of Black Horse Inn before the sunset, and then continued the celebration inside with toasts, dinner, dancing, and cake.
They painstakingly made their guest list, inviting everyone who has had an impact on their lives. It was a beautiful dinner with their closest friends and family.
Carey and Mike, you guys are the best! I enjoyed every minute of your day and I hope you have a great honeymoon!
