The perfect Baltimore wedding.
I left my house yesterday with two huge golf umbrellas in tow. I hoped that they wouldn’t ever have to leave my trunk. Thankfully, they never did. America and Jon had a lovely day in Baltimore.
The day started at the Inner Harbor Courtyard Marriott where I photographed America and her girls getting ready. Everyone looked stunning!
The we hopped on the coolest limo bus ever and headed to the Baltimore Basilica for the ceremony. Wow. Such an amazing place! I really enjoyed photographing the wedding there, despite the very strict rules. Such a great space!
After the ceremony, we hopped back on the bus and did some family shots outside near the Walters Art Museum, then got back on the bus again and tore up Baltimore! It was a lot of fun, even though it was HOT! The bridal party was so much fun, and we enjoyed shooting around town and enjoying the city. We let the bridal party chill on the bus and we took A&J out on the cobblestone streets of Fells Point for a few shots of just the two of them. So great. I really think doing engagement photos of them before was helpful to both us and made the wedding photo shoot easier and much more fun!
Once we all cooled off in the air conditioning of the reception site (the AWESOME Frederick Douglas Maritime Park) the party began. Lots of dancing, some great toasts, and some rockin’ food.
America and Jon, thank you so much for letting me be a part of your fabulous day- enjoy your honeymoon in ITALY- the place where you first met and fell in love! 🙂
