A Few Days “Unplugged”

I spent a few days spending time with some incredibly talented and wonderful women in late April. We were forced to be “unplugged” because there was literally no internet or ell service where we went in the backwoods of West Virginia. While we have a lot in common, we are also very different- and that was a lot of fun. We laughed, we cried, and then laughed so hard we cried. 🙂

It was so peaceful. Being able to do some of the activities I enjoy without feeling guilty was amazing. Reading for hours, laying on a hammock with friends, dreaming, exploring ideas, making fun plans, long lunches and dinners with great conversation, going to a spa… a little slice of heaven.

It rejuvenating and got me ready for a busy spring of sessions.

Life is good.
